This is a huge milestone for Zestea — collaborating with Capella Taipei, the world’s best hotel brand making its debut in Taiwan, is a rare and meaningful opportunity.


從無數次的討論中,我們深深感受到臺北嘉佩樂想讓旅人深入了解台灣文化、推廣在地故事的初心,而這正與 Zestea 的品牌精神不謀而合。

Through long conversations, we connected deeply with Capella Taipei’s mission: to spotlight local culture and help travelers truly experience the essence of Taiwan.


歷時近一年,Zestea 團隊從風味研發到包裝設計,細緻琢磨每個環節,只為創造一款真正能代表嘉佩樂品牌精神、又忠實反映台灣文化底蘊的專屬飲品。

We spent nearly a year carefully crafting a drink exclusively for Capella Taipei — from flavor development to label design, refining every detail to capture both Capella’s brand spirit and Taiwan’s rich cultural layers.


選擇紅芭樂作為風味主軸,因為味道,是一切連結情感與記憶的起點;設計則從台灣傳統窗花汲取靈感,融合象徵吉祥的藍鵲與紅芭樂的手繪筆觸,構築出一種質樸卻層次豐富的視覺語言。

We chose red guava as the flavor’s core — because taste is where emotion and memory begin. The design draws inspiration from Taiwan’s antique window patterns, blending the auspicious blue magpie and hand-drawn guava strokes into a rustic yet richly layered visual story.


台灣文化在當代設計語彙中重新被詮釋,與臺北嘉佩樂優雅現代的美學語境自然融合。

Taiwanese culture is reinterpreted through a contemporary design lens, naturally harmonizing with Capella Taipei’s refined modern aesthetic.


Zestea 一直相信,飲品可以承載文化、延伸風景、轉譯感受。我們也相信,這瓶為臺北嘉佩樂專屬打造的作品,不只讓旅人「看見」台灣,更能深刻地「嚐見」台灣。

At Zestea, we believe that beverages can carry culture, extend landscapes, and translate emotions. We hope that this drink made exclusively for Capella Taipei will allow travelers not only to see Taiwan, but to deeply taste it as well.

Zestea Kombucha exist to create real, organic, raw, and all-natural beverages that consumers can have a better choice when they are not drinking water. We carefully select local ingredients and crafted them in small batches, undergoing a 25-30 day fermentation process in Yilan. Every bottle of Zestea Kombucha is enriched with abundant B-vitamins, organic acids, and probiotics, and it offers a smooth, sweet and tangy taste with delicate bubbles.. Our mission is to revolutionize the modern perception of beverages and provide everyone with a trendy and delicious new choice for a healthy drink.
