Gelato相比Ice Cream而言，脂肪含量更低，一般在4%-8%之間，Gelato 講究手工製作，攪拌速度較慢，進入的空氣就更少，意味着Gelato 的口感比Ice Cream更綿密。康普茶Gelato最難做的地方，其實就在於沒有人吃過，所以不知道做成Gelato的口感和難易度，尤其是在於康普茶可能會對冰淇淋結構的影響。它不僅會影響冰淇淋的冰點，導致冰淇淋更易融化從而產生冰晶，還有可能影響奶漿結構。

How to eat like Zestea Gelato Pro 建議食用方法
要食用之前，建議先放置室溫約2分鐘，讓Zestea Gelato到最適宜的溫度，呈現絲滑細膩的質地，就如同新鮮現做的最佳口感！
The best way to eat Zestea Gelato is to put it at room temperature for about 2 minutes. As gelato reaches the right temperature, it will have a creamy, silky texture, just like freshly made.
